    This is because of the unique way the Breakout collects data during every interaction. Data includes things like user preferences, interests selected, and so on.

      Cody Harvey is an American entrepreneur and Chief Visionary behind a plethora of market-disrupting technologies, most recently, Kennected Software.

      In his roles as President and Chief Strategist, Cody has revolutionized the way industries such as finance, entertainment, block chain, SaaS, and non-profits operate –  to maximize impact and raise their bottom line. Cody has proudly shown the business world more efficient ways to accomplish its goals. 

      Donald Choi

      Chief Operating Officer / Member of Board of Directors

      Donald has over 20 years of experience in the areas of financial capital markets, private equity, and global risk management. He has served in senior positions for several Fortune Global 100 firms; such as ING Group and Allianz.


      Don has been intricate in helping many startup venture companies structure their organizations and fund their operations; and has served as an advisory board member for multiple companies – consistently helping organizations focus their attention on cost effective growth and retention. Don has worked for entities within both the service and the SaaS industries.

      Victoria Vo is a diverse entrepreneur and advisor in various industries including: technology, retail, hospitality, service, and real estate. She is also a preeminent international advisor and thought leader for numerous industries.


      Throughout her career, she has facilitated global expansion and creative branding that has consistently advanced her clients’ growth. 


      Growing up in a highly diverse entrepreneurial family with extensive start-up skills gave her a competitive edge in many diverse ventures. 

      Arpan Shah

      Chief Technology Officer

      Arpan graduated from BITS Pilani, a Top 5 university in India (a 1.4% acceptance rate University), with a Major in Computer Science. He then worked at IBM in the ISL department focusing his efforts on the Watson SuperComputer. Soon after, he began focusing on developing his own projects.


      Arpan’s strength is in developing successful bootstrapped SAAS companies. He knows how to build fast and anticipate if the market will validate the efforts before committing to any one idea. This helps to develop those specific features within a piece of software which can best contribute to the generation of more revenue.

      Eric Lomas

      Chief Risk Officer / Member of Board of Directors

      Eric possesses a diverse legal background spanning 17 years and touching many different industries and roles. Beginning at a startup (that eventually went IPO), that was the precursor to a major sports Network, Eric drafted and negotiated licensing agreements, on-air talent agreements, and distribution contracts for broadcast partners. 


      Next, Eric joined a boutique real estate firm where he thrived on various teams.  In 2013, Eric founded Lomas Law LLC – a full-service firm focused on real estate, which he still operates today.
